"As a firefighter I've seen and delt with every vehicle and insurance agency imaginable. When time comes you need to know they both won't let you down. "I was seeking a new auto insurance company after a terrible experience with another provider. I found Tom Schotts office from a Google search and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Teresa about the experience with my (at the time) insurance company and informed her of what I was seeking coverage for. She was very polite, professional and empathetic. She made the process of getting a quote simple and seamless. After I had time to discuss the quotes with my Husband, I called back and spoke to Keegan who was more than willing to assist me as Teresa was helping other clients. He was also polite and professional. Overall, I ended up saving money and had an amazing experience! I strongly encourage going to Tom Schotts office for all of your insurance needs!"
